Privacy

PilotProz stores these categories of personal data:

• Account: email, display name, timezone, and interview date.
• Consents: the choice, the time you made it, and the policy version you saw.
• Study: the airline you pick, card reviews, streaks, and usage counts.
• Resume: the text you type.
• Background notes: When saving is available, background notes are encrypted before they are stored. PilotProz does not ask for health information and does not collect a health-data choice.
• Voice: a recording only if you agree, and only if a copy is later stored on the server.
• Payments: Stripe customer id, checkout id, amount, and pass window. Card numbers are not stored here.
• Newsletter: the email address and whether it is pending, confirmed, or unsubscribed.

We use this data to run your account, remember study progress, provide the passes you buy, send the messages you asked for, and keep the financial records described in the Terms.

Voice recordings stored on the server are kept for 30 days, then deleted. The timer can also keep a recording only on your device. Background notes stay until you delete them or delete your account. Resume text and study records stay until you delete the account or replace them. Payment records are kept, with the account link removed, as required for accounting and tax.

Stripe processes payments. Supabase stores the database when it is configured. Resend sends email. The host serves the site. These vendors process data to provide PilotProz.

You can download a JSON copy of your data from the account page, correct your profile there, unsubscribe from the newsletter in one step, and delete the account. Email info@pilotproz.com from your account email to request access, correction, or deletion.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics is off unless a script address is configured for this deployment. When it is on, the default is a cookieless script: it does not set a cookie, and PilotProz does not show a consent banner for it. If a configured tool needs a cookie, that script does not load until you choose Allow.

Newsletter mail uses double opt-in. A commercial message includes the postal address on file and a one-step unsubscribe link.

Every published card links to its source. Before a card goes live, our software confirms the quoted text appears on that source page. Software can make mistakes, so check the source before you rely on it.
