PilotProz is study help for adults preparing for airline interviews. It is not a law firm, a medical practice, an airline, or a hiring manager. Nothing here is legal advice, medical advice, or a promise that you will be hired.

PilotProz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline listed on PilotProz. Airline names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the interviews this study material covers.

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what you type into a resume or background note. Export asks you to attest that the resume is truthful.

Free accounts include one airline guide, a limited number of study cards, and one timed voice mock each month. Passes are one-time payments for a fixed number of days. They do not renew. Access is added after Stripe confirms the payment.

Ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@pilotproz.com from your account email. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, and the pass ends when the refund completes. After 7 days, passes are non-refundable.

Published study cards require a source. Unpublished samples are labeled and are not airline material. You should read the cited source yourself before you rely on a card.

You may download a JSON copy of your data from the account page. Deletion removes your profile, consents, study history, resume, and background notes. When saving is available, background notes are encrypted before they are stored. We keep payment records, with the account link removed, as required for accounting and tax.
